I like choucroute (though I find sauerkraut a but "rough" by comparison), but I doubt the quantities I consume impart any great advantage! Just a reasonable, varied, balanced, diet seems to be all that should be required on the food front. I'd place face coverings and physical separation, in conjunction with avoiding crowded places and being careful about hand washing, far higher up the priority list than dietary considerations. I'm also a little uneasy about the "denier" allegations, which smack of cultism. If there is one thing I distrust more than our present government, it is cults! :-) Face masks and isolation may help in stopping you contracting covid but once you’re got it only your immune system will prevent the possibility of dying. Those with poor immune system are given drugs to stimulate it , some don’t make it. Only you can improve your immune system ,personally I’m not prepared to chance being the 1%. I suspect we will be a lot further down the table when the finally scores on the doors are worked out in a few years time :-| ..........
