twooks Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 This may be a bit late - and I'm not sure how you can read this if you're having the problem 8-) but I think Joy may be struggling with it - so if anyone else is running ZoneAlarm and Windows XP and have allowed Windows to update with "KB951748" you may be having problems accessing the web.
