Just a word on wearing those back supports. While working on construction and assembling steelwork wearing these supports was a absolute must. I know you already have a problem re. your back, but to anyone involved in heavy lifting these really are a godsend, and as anyone who has suffered with this complaint, then prevention really is better than the cure.
