grumpy Posted January 28, 2007 Share Posted January 28, 2007 Hi there Have just taken possession of a motorhome which later this year in early we will be taken to cyprus, via France and Italy. Have already subscibed to your magasine but we am looking to join an association, (as in AA for cars) to assist with travel as in sites and breakdown and general travel arrangements but there seems to be a lot of choice, caravan and camping club, motorhome club etc and also looking for any previous articles on the journey we are attempting . bit of a tall order I know but any advice appreciated cheeersSue and Malcolm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest starspirit Posted January 29, 2007 Share Posted January 29, 2007 With so much to learn Grumpy why not splash out about £100 and join the Caravan Club, the Camping and Caravanning Club and the Motor Caravan Club. That way you would be able to learn a lot quickly and decide next year which clubs to keep and which to drop. I doubt that any other £100 spend in this field would have the potential to open so many doors for you. They all have various merits and demerits many of which you might find on this forum but there is nothing like your own first hand experience and from this drawing your own conclusions.
