Is it best folded and placed in a wash basin or shower tray. to drip downwards to the folding mechanism point OR Leave it open, parked somewhere in the 'van where there is space, to dry out naturally, say in the driving cab area when it is not in use. Guest caraprof Posted June 14, 2007 Share Posted June 14, 2007 Fold it up wet and forget about it and the next time that it's really sunny use it as a parasol and it will dry naturally at the same time.If it doesn't sunshine for three months and it gets rusty, throw it in the dustbin and buy a new one.
