Punctured tyres

If suffering from a deflated tyre, and wanting to change it yourself, before slackening off the wheel nuts and placing the jack in place, use your levelling wedges, or other suitable and substantial lumps of wood, concrete block or bricks, to drive the wheel onto.

This will bring the wheel up to a higher level for its removal.

Enables the jack to be sited without the effort of cranking the weight of the 'van and wheel up to the right level.

Now the wheel nuts can be removed, the wheel taken off the studs, all the time keeping the van steady and ready to receive the replacement wheel, which is now at the correct fitting height.

Saves a lot of the uncertainties of removing a flat tyred wheel and jacking the van up to a height to receive the good wheel .

OR call out the breakdown services, if available.
