spospe Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 The cheapest way that I have found of getting an Umwelt Plakette for travel through Germany is from the Berlin Office at: https://www.berlin.de/labo/mobilitaet/kfz-zulassung/feinstaubplakette/shop.86595.en.php The cost is just €6 and you can pay by credit card.
