Randonneur
We have a similar problem. If you go onto the search facility at the top of the page and put in "shower tray" without the quotes and then go to "all posts", you will see quite a number of members with the same problems. bjphillips
We have a Laika .The first part is a washroom & then theres the shower tray, both have a drain plug in the corner. On lifting the carpet the other day I found that the drain plug in the wash area had been pushed thro in a neat circle around the hole caused by stepping on it each time we stood there to wash,It appears the plastic is so thing around that area. Not much I could do about it without it being a major job so a simply stuck a neat disc over the hole,we dont get any water in that area anyway. *-)
ROND
Try araldite rapid, i had a crack about 3 inches long which i repaired last year and it has stood up well to hard use of the shower since, also i have the same problem as you another crack right around the plug hole and i have just repaired that with araldite rapid. Rough it up first with some coarse sandpaper and then put a good covering on, i gave mine 2 coats with a couple of days between
