Martyn22 Posted April 4, 2015 Share Posted April 4, 2015 I have a 130 amp solar panel which when fitted l believe it only had the most basic regulator fitted, would one of these all dancing MPPT regulators give me more power from my panel, so many out there which one is the best ? StuartO Posted April 4, 2015 Share Posted April 4, 2015 Don't know the answer I'm afraid but as you might already have discovered there is lots of information on line, including so clever-sounding YouTube reviews. There seems to be a baffling choice of them and the risk that some aren't really proper MPPT charge controllers at all. Do you need more output from your solar panel because when your batteries are full they are full? That might be the first question to ask yourself before you spend any more money.
