Where can I get a replacement control panel for my 2008 Fiat Ducato autosleeper, I think that the buttons on it have been pressed many times over the years and it it getting temperamental to set.

Many thanks

I had problems with my control panel in my 2009 Swift Bolero which wouldn’t switch on and off properly. Expertly repaired by Apuljack Engineering in Somerset. Apuljackengineering.co.uk.

Well worth giving them a call.

Good luck.

It might be helpful to know which model of Auto-Sleepers motorhome you own and (assuming you can identify the control-panel and would prefer a brand-new replacement) it would certainly be useful to know the make and model of the panel itself.

As Snowdop has advised, Apuljack Engineering specialises in equipment repairs

http://www.apuljackengineering.co.uk/

and should be able to say whether addressing your panel’s operating-buttons problem will be practicable.

A and N Caravan Services repair these Display units and supply them new. They also have a stock of re-manufactured items, they don't charge VAT so their prices are usually better than 20%+ less than competitors.

For example Apuljack charge £208 (including VAT and shipping, etc) for a Schaudt Elektroblock EBL charger repair, where A & N charge £143 inclusive.
Both have the same upgraded components and both have the same 12 month warranty.

It looks like Auto-Sleepers were fitting Sargent electrical kit to their motorhomes in 2008, so the control-panel in Hockeyplayer’s vehicle may be the EC325 model.

If that’s correct, a replacement panel is advertised here

Just got a nice review sort of relevant to the above saying -

Superb help with diagnosing the fault with my EBL 99, quick turnaround with repair and kept informed of progress and fault (which was missed by Apuljack Engineering), plus it cost almost £50 less than competitors.
Special thanks to Martin for all his help
D.B.".

Quite chuffed with that, well done Martin.
