Phil and Lol Posted February 13, 2019 Share Posted February 13, 2019 Had a unit for over 2 yrs and it’s worked fine but a few days ago I noticed the security ‘gone’ from the unit, and it had been showing as secured the previous day. I have tried to reinput but now the unit has all three lights on but when trying to use my iPad is saying not connected. I have switched the power off, reset the unit, ‘broken/remade’ all connections but as soon as I plug in the unit the Wan light comes on then the LAN light then the USB light.....without me doing anything I.e. not going through the User Set Up. Phil and Lol Posted February 15, 2019 Author Share Posted February 15, 2019 Everything, including the reset button, but have since found that the site have blocked all such units so will wait till we move and see if ‘normalservice is resumed’.
