Caddies104 Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 Hi keeping Annecy separate Moving on from Vennos we headed South East to Lake Annecy, we don't generally tend to do Tolls but coming in from this direction its best to pick up the motorway A40 east of Bourg-en Bresse at junction 7 and come off at junction 11 (13 Euro) then head for Frangy and then pick up the D1508 all the way into Annecy, can save a few hours and the motorway has some stunning views. Most of the sites are down the west side of the lake and here's a few.. 7k from Annecy. Rives du Lac, (camping Cheque) free wifi and direct access to lake and cycle track 9k Europa (Acsi) wifi extra, swimming pools and bar also access to cycle track 14k from Annecy. La Ravoire(camping cheque) wifi extra, indoor and outdoor pools, bar and snack bar, also access to cycle track Annecy itself is a beautiful lake town with lots of shops, bars, restaurants, Market on Sunday's.. Get a boat out on the lake or just sit in the park next to the lake and have a picnic Doussard is 17k from Annecy where you can spend a few hours watching the Paraglider's land ...
