Autotrail rear light cluster

We have a 2018 Autotrail Tracker EKS bought 2018. We have gone away this last week and whilst sitting on site, keys out, heard clicking noise from rear of van. Turned out to be right hand rear indicator light flashing a couple of times at about one minute intervals. Started up engine, tried indicators and found right hand side working properly but left hand side rear not working at all, dash indicator arrow clicking at abnormal speed and showing message "check lhs". Greenflag unable to resolve problem so decided to head home. After driving a short distance all indicators working properly. Have noticed that all four LED units on each side have considerable condensation inside the glass. Will have this seen to under warranty but unsure if this will be by Fiat Garage or motorhome dealer? Any suggestions or similar experiences with Autotrail units would be appreciated..

Your Tracker’s eight round rear LED lights (made by WIPAC?) will have been installed during Auto-Trail’s conversion of the Fiat Ducato base-vehicle into a motorhome. So if any of those lights stops working properly, responsibility for curing the problem would lie with an Auto-Trail dealership and should be covered by Auto-Trail's warranty.

There is the possibility that the fault you’ve described does not relate to the light-unit itself, but to the Fiat electrical system that powers and controls the light-unit, but the the Auto-Trail dealership should still be your first port of call.

(I’m not sure what a dealership’s approach will be now that the fault has self-corrected, but if you contact the dealership and explain what’s happened, they can decide what’s the best way forward.)
