AFAIR, the control panel above the door was effectively the front of the whole electronic provision, with the charger, solar regulator, etc. all in the unit behind, removed by loosening the control panel screws and pulling forward Careful, it's heavy. Robinhood Posted April 20, 2021 Share Posted April 20, 2021 I replaced the full unit to fix a solar regulator fault (known issue). RDH, the then importers, were close enough to loan me a stock spare to exchange myself. It is heavy and takes up a big block behind the panel, and, though I can't remember (it's nearly 20 years ago), I think all the basic electronics were in there. Apart from the weight, removal was, ISTR,fairly easy, with all connections plugged at the rear. (Just need help in holding whilst it is unplugged)..
