Phone rings and the "operator" asks if you would accept a reverse charge call, if so press the nine key. If you do you are connected to a premium line number. A similar scam is used to "claim a free holiday prize". The "operator" is an automated voice message with an American accent and comes up on the phone as either an International call or number withheld. Regards, Mike C.
