Interested to see what other members think of this site ?

It is a bit of challenge Anneka to find this site?

When booking in you are told the Ts&Cs !

As other people have rightly said you have plenty of room BUT all Motorhomes have to have there Cab facing south! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

So if you are a sun worshipper and do not have a European MH you will have to go the other side of your English MH! As you will be in the shade. We have a Burstner and fortunately it was beautiful weather but I would like to have reversed in but was told NO! All vehicles cabs have to face South!

Unfortunately this site only changed hands last year and unfortunately it seems for the worse after talking to many campers who have been coming here for years on end!

The grass in the adult only section unfortunately have flying ants.

Fortunately we have only booked 2 nights but there were other campers in tents that were told there tents+ annex’s were to big and they had to be taken down !

I don’t think many will be returning!

We were there back in May. We never got told which way to park, we weren't guided to a pitch, just pointed to a choice of pitches. If you read reviews under old owners people said it was the dearest site they'd ever stayed at, £35 per night.. New owners have reduced fees dramatically and they do Mon to Fri deal for £60 (£69 during school summer holiday) with an extra 10% off for C&CC members. Morrisons 5 mins away, town a further 5 mins away, 2 fishing lakes. I couldn't fault it. The new owners are Stratford Caravans who own Riverside site in Stratford upon Avon which regularly have C&CC Temporary Holiday Meets.

We have flying ants in my lawn every year, they last for 3 days.

Ross-on-Wye’s traffic system is a maze and the Broadmeadows campsite is (probably) best approached from the A40 on the east (Gloucester) side of the town. At the roundabout, head towards the town but turn right almost immediately. Then follow the road through an industrial area and turn sharp right about 100 metres before the next roundabout that has a Morrisons store on the right.
