Am currently with Caravan Guard, renewal has only gone up by £5 (£266) but have had a quote for £240 from the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Very similar level of cover although CMHC seem slightly more generous if accommodation is needed and they seem to offer emergency cover for my wife if I say broke a limb and couldn't drive. (don't want to formally add her as an additional driver as she had a very bad car accident 6 years ago so is only happy driving her car locally as it affected her confidence). Are the CMHC insurers any good? You can never tell until you need to make a claim at how good any insurer will be at settling a claim with minimal hassle.
