Now however, a new lightweight cylinder is unlikely to be produced.” As long as a Calor Lite canister can pass Calor’s safety testing, there’s no commercial reason for it not be made available to Calor retailers. IMO there will be a "numbers issue" where with a reducing stock handling that product line becomes commercially unattractive, moving on from there to not being viable?
