eric 83
Morning , after three years of not using our motor home we have decided to start using it again ! I’ve serviced it , but it could do with the cam belt changing and a new clutch ! could anyone tell me who could do this around the Leeds area if possible but we’ll go anywhere within reason ? It’s a 1992 hymer 654 on a fiat ducato 2.5 td chassis thanks eric .
AliB
I had my cambelt changed at Moorfields in Yeadon. http://www.moorfieldgarage.com/ Many garages should be able to do this type of work. I used Moorfield as they can cater for 4KG vehicle.

thebishbus
Sorry to hear that, did he give you a reason why not. I know there is a difference between the 2.5 and the later 2.8 timing gear arrangement Brian B.

I think the gentleman was simply trying to ask for a ball park figure rather than weighing up the risks of replacement cost against damaged engine.
