Guest pelmetman Posted November 14, 2018 Share Posted November 14, 2018 8 days ago the Carver boiler in our caravan packed up......... had the local repair folk in who discovered the fusible plug had gone due to overheating........Thought that was it as they stopped making them in 2000, so I'd be looking at 500 quid for a new boiler plus the same for fitting 8-) ......... Googled the part for two hours and eventually found Anglia Mould Tools in Essex who make the part to Carvers spec B-) .......... £25 plus £10 postage to Spain.......fitting by engineer 22.50 euro's and we have hot water again :D .........
