Ninian
What's the best product for the above from fibreglass gelcoat.
Den
TFM Traffic film remover. I use Autoglym followed by autoglym shampoo. Works a treat, spay on and a quick rub with a brush, no effort required and it doesn’t damage gel or or have any effect on polish.
Brock
I use https://www.carapak.co.uk/product/wash-n-wax/ when washing the van. Most bugs come of fairly easily. Those bugs that don't go, get hit with Autoglym Caravan & Motorhome cleaner and/or Autoglym's Traffic Film remover like Den.
HymerVan
Slightly warm water and a bug sponge worked (I now have a PVC) for me.
Den
I should have mentioned I keep a 500 ml spray bottle with some solution made up for those long trips to remove the flys from the windscreen, mirrors and bonnet area. Makes it so much easier. Den

Makes it so much easier. Den I also keep a spray mister bottle made up with diluted windscreen wash - does the job when arriving on site.
