Stew
I know this has been covered previously on this site, but there doesn’t appear to be a successful outcome as to finding a suitable replacement. Does anybody know of anywhere where you can get a replacement hinge or a remanufactured one from anybody. Thanks for looking.
Derek Uzzell
This 2018-2021 forum thread discussed the 5-leaf Ellbee hinge https://forums.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/Motorhomes/Motorhome-Matters/Habitation-door-hinge/50408/ The thread’s final posting (6 May 2021 8:24 PM) refers to Bill Neven as a supplier with an email address of billsunhinged59@outlook.com (There seems to be some question about the email address https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/unobtainable-5-part-hinges.220196/ but other online comments indicate that Bill Neven was still operating until quite recently) O’leary also advertise some Ellbee hinges https://www.olearymotorhomes.co.uk/caravan-motorhome-exterior-hinges-17-c.asp

Stew
I managed to contact Bill Neven and ordered a 5 piece hinge from him, it arrived within 2 days by recorded delivery and certainly looks the part, I have yet to fit but it looks like it will be a straight forward job. It cost me £85.00 for the hinge and £1.25 for the addition of 6 pot rivets and silicon grease. He has also told me that he does a refurbishment service on the old hinge if you want, prices starting from £45.00 His email is BILLSUNHINDGED59@outlook.com. I have removed your personal contact details from your post as it is very unsafe practice to post such details on an open forum. Keith.
Derek Uzzell
In the final posting of this MHFun forum thread https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/unobtainable-5-part-hinges.220196/ the poster stated that he had purchased 3 hinges from Bill Neven in June 2022. So the hinges were still available 6 months ago. A link to a small advertisement was also provided in the MHFun thread https://www.friday-ad.co.uk/north-shields/motorhomes-caravans/motorhome-five-part-hinge-17516846/ This shows the 5-part hinge and the cost (£85) and the advert has a 'chat' capability. (Apparently the advert was updated 2 weeks ago.) There have been comments in the past about Bill Neven being difficult to contact, but the only email address ever quoted is billsunhinged59@outlook.com as shown on this image
