Max Speed
Hi all from sunny Scotland just had the 2006 625 Burstner back having major surgury on front struts/springs ,new discs & pads and the pad warning light on the dash started to flicker and is now on full. Before I go crawing under the front to check that connections to the wear sensors are correct any info would be gratefully accepted. Being B/H Monday the shop that did the work is on Hols. weldted
There have been occasions where the current flows through the pad to make contact with the disc, rain or a splash through a puddle has done same, check brake fluid level, failing that some times replacement pads only have one pad with the sensor in check if this is the case how they have sealed off the other plug. You can check one side at a time by putting the wheel on full lock wire will be forward of the strut.

Max Speed
Hi Weldted, Found the fault the single sensor wire from the inside pad sheared off , and it looks like the front pads have not been changed although I supplied to the shop FOC ,so they will have a bit of a SHOUTING MATCH come 0.800 Tues.
