ianjacko48gmail.com Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 Hi all have just purchased a 2003 Autotrail 3 weeks ago from a dealer, after going through paperwork found a habitation check dated 1/10/2019 in this it had flagged up 2 areas between 25 and 30 % moisture readings on the roof can't find any paperwork to show work has been carried out. Also no paperwork for a new habitation check before we purchased, have emailed dealer so will probably hear Monday any thoughts??? Suggest you wait until (hopefully) you’ve received a response from the dealer from whom you bought the vehicle. If a habitation inspection was part of the sale to you, I’d expect some documentation to confirm what was done. But if you want to know about the 1 October 2019 check and whether any follow-up remedial work was carried out, you may need to contact whoever owned the motorhome then.
