Vito Posted April 14, 2020 Share Posted April 14, 2020 Hi, I have just joined this forum, having recently completed a self build conversion of a new Mercedes Vito crew van. Just in time for lock-down - ah well! I couldn't see a forum to say hi so hopefully haven't broken any rules by posting here. I have a quick question - has anybody else had issues with the new Fiamma Turbo-Vent 28 rattling when driving? My supplier is trying to help, as were Fiamma until they closed down for Covid, but they say they have had no issues from others. It even rattles when I shut a door. They have sent out effectively a complete new unit in component form for me to try - there do appear to be two versions, with and without a small moulding on the inside rear edge which would suit, but does not have, a small clip. But unlike the old version there is no rubber seal, which would I guess stop any rattle. Any thoughts? Cheers Nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We've just fitted this in our Ford Transit conversion and it's fitted perfectly but still rattles when driving. Hoping you found an answer!
