Microwave

We fitted a combination microwave/grill into a locker and simply left the locker door open when it was operation - and I don’t remember condensation ever being a problem.

The awkwardness of using a microwave in an eye-level locker was however a nuisance and eventually we took it out. The weight of a microwave (as a sacrifice of payload) is not inconsiderable either.

We have Rollerteam Pegaso 740 and I fitted a Daewoo Qt, small enough to fit in a cupboard cheap and only 600w so it can be run when you only have 4amp electric. Instead of 2 mins for the porridge it 2min 30sec, we are retired,I think we can cope with the delay!!!!

Obviously you will need to measure your cupboard and trawl the net for one that fits like a glove, if not better because you don't want it to move when traveling and you don't want to have to bolt it down.

Re the condensation, always leave the cupboard door open and ensure when you fit it that air can circulate around the cupboard.

Head chef would be without it.
