Revolving plate is glass but presume toughened. Also where can I buy trivet fir it, again no suppliers. Contacted MR said read book. ! I assume that the ‘trivet’ you want to buy is the item referred to in the User Instructions as “Grill Stand, to be placed centred on the glass plate” (drawing attached below). This type of stand is widely available if you GOOGLE on “morphy richards grill stand” and there’s an example here https://tinyurl.com/y33per35 (As you haven’t said which Morphy Richards model you’ve got, it’s impossible to be more specific when trying to answer your questions.)
