Motorhome fire

It does seem apparent that the forecourt does indeed sell Autogas. If you watch the video at the bottom of the report referenced by the OP, then you can clearly see the price of 63.9 on display. A quick look on Google streetview places the fire next to the Autogas pump. Coincidence? I can only hope along with the OP that LPG filling was not a factor in the fire.

Indeed, I've done the same research and the van is definitely alongside an autogas pump and probably a bit too far forward to be filling from the diesel pump before it. This picture shows the Autogas price as you mention.

Had their fridge running on gas perhaps ? open flames and petrol station forecourts do not mix.

Hope Motorhome Rental companies give thorough instructions to inexperienced renters ?

all conjecture of course....but we could do without the probable aftermath.
