Has anyone had any dealings with Outdoor Bits in Exmouth. I ordered motorhome accessories at the start of the month with next day delivery.

To date no items received and they are not answering e-mails and telephone calls.

Your experiences with this company would be welcome.

Unfortunately they have a mix of reviews. Several of the reviews complain about not receiving parts ordered for next day delivery. Doesn't look good, can you try claiming from your credit card. Good luck.

The credit card company says you have to give the trader 30 days before a chargeback can be made.

Just got an e-mail after 10 days and surprise, surprise; my order has been put on back order till the end August because they haven't got stock. Why they say items in stock and next day delivery, I think it's their way to get your money.

No wonder there are reviews complaining about not receiving goods when they have paid for next day delivery.

I think you'll find is that next day delivery actually means next day delivery after they receive stock.

I had the same problem with Carparts4us, part of Euro Car Parts
I made the mistake of ordering something that wasn't in stock
.. for weeks they were apparently trying to source it during which time they were very difficult to contact
I eventually gave up and asked for a full refund - which they gave immediately - they must have been as fed up of it as I was
I would still buy from them, but only if they have it already in stock
Never again would I order something that wasn't in stock.
