Guest Clive
Pongo enhancements now mean its beyond reproach!. The simplest method of providing more negative vacuum was to fit a bigger fan. See http://www.motts.dsl.pipex.com/Pongo.htm for the latest experiments.

Guest Clive
Hi Stuart, No I have not fitted any filter, no complaints and the breeze generated by the fan seems to disperse any whiffs quite quickly. Several did the "nose test" at York but could not detect anything! Looking at another posting on the forum about all year round use it crossed my mind that the fan drawing warm air from within the van through the tank will tend to stop the tanks from freezing as well. Good luck
