HarveyHeaven
Has anyone got an EU (NOT UK) pet passport and pet insurance? With an EU passport can one have insurance here in the uk or does it have to be in the country where the passport originated? Or maybe both? OMG the joys of Brexit :-(
flyboyprowler
We have travelled with our dog on a Spanish passport and we, as UK residents, without problem for ten years. The only change now is that he has had to have an official rabies blood test (€120) and that is a one off. The blood test had to be done in Spain, and our vet assures us that he can travel as normal. However this has yet to be tested as we are currently locked down in Spain and don't intend to return until late March at the earliest. Our dog is called Harvey!! :-D He is insured in the UK with Healthy pets.
Conrad
May be wrong, but don't think there's any connection between pet insurance and its passport.
