Pet Reception for Eurotunnel

Hi guys, we've booked on 07.20 train June 1st. This will be our first trip with our poodle puppy. We've never noticed the Pet Reception before as it was not relevant...... where is it on the station complex, please? Will the 'drive through' be open that early.?

There is no Pet Reception when leaving the UK - only on the return at Eurotunnel Terminal at Coquelles.

 

The Pet Passport Office is open 24 hours a day but in two slightly different locations depending on the time of day or night.

 

At the time you are arriving the Main Pet Passport Office will be open.
