Corky 8 Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 Has anyone re-tensioned a project 2000 eletric step, the one on our M/H Opens and retracts ok but when retracted and traveling it drop,s down just enough to put the step warning light on ,and when the up switched is pressed the step can be heard to lift and hit the stop and the warning light goes out, I have bent the stop down ever so slightly to make the stop switch lower hoping it would stay incontact with the step but no luck, So I was wondering if anyone else has had and solved this problem,the M/H is still under warranty but dealers are over 150 mile away, I could take the bulb out but could then forget to bring the step in and have no warning. any one help.?
