Raingod10
I have a rear tail-light out. Looked in the manual found the little tool to remove the lens and change the bulb. Fitted the tool as per instructions and pulled. Nothing happening apart from the surrounding plastic starting to flex. On trying to get at the bulb holder from the rear there is no clearanceI. I have been in touch with a very helpful agent who is trying to get info from Jokon who are the light manufacturer but as he says he has no control over how quickly they come back to him.Has anyone had a similar problem with Jokon rear lighting and if so how was it solved. Thanks in advance. Keithl
Instead of pulling the tool does it push into the slot to release a hidden clip? Try gently squeezing against the opposite side of the lens to release it if it feels stiff. Keith.

Raingod10
Just come off the phone to Jokon. They say that they have never provided a removal tool so don't know what it is and I should speak to Sunlight who fitted the lights. The guy also said that the sprung metal clip and the plastic lens need to be separated to allow removal. The tool provided won't do this and I can't even get them separated with something as fine as jewellers screwdrivers.Changing a bloody gearbox would be easier.
