Removing front from trauma ultraheat s3002 spaceheater

We have an annoying rattle on our 2011 Autotrail Tracker which appears to be coming from the spaceheater unit. I have been into the back of the unit via the wardrobe and nothing seems amiss. I have tried to get the front off without any success in order to see if there is anything rattling in this area. Tried utube again no joy - slightly different model. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

If it's anything like the Truma fire in our 2004 then it removes in a counter-intuitive manner!

You pull the top of the fire away from the wall against two spring clips then lift the cover to unhook the bottom. You then have to unplug the small electrical connector under the fan speed control dial/switch and and unclip the rod from the gas control valve.

It can be really tricky getting everything back into place, especially the gas control rod, but with practice it becomes easier!

carries similar advice.

These heaters have a reputation for rattling. There’s a good deal of on-line discussion about this, plus complaints about difficulty getting the front cover off.
