derek500
Just a heads up to say that Sky Go now works in EU countries. Apart from pay channels you can also watch live and download all the ITV, C4 and C5 channels. No BBC though. We used the Sky Q app on our recent trip. derek500
I watched the second half of the Tottenham match a couple of Saturdays ago. Sitting on a bench in Stockholm across the water from The Radisson, using their unlocked guest wifi!!
satandpcguy
derek500 - 2018-10-02 8:36 AM Just a heads up to say that Sky Go now works in EU countries. . It has been available since about May this year, when SKy Go (and all other pay tv services) had to allow temporary access to their services in all EU member states as part of some new EU Rules - expect this to stop if not adopted as part of the brexit deal (like phone roaming etc) . (BBC and iPlayer are not subscription services, so not exempt from the new rules, but surprised you also got ITV C4 and Five are, since they too are subscription free..) Note the word "temporary". With Sky Go you have 30 ish days available before the device MUST be reconnected to a UK IP address, as this is designed for temporary viewing for the likes of holiday makers, not full time expats

Couldn't get it to work with a VPN in Norway. Norway was OK for mobile roaming.
