Well, I received my gasket for the mini heki and took it out on Kendal bypass in the pouring rain and howling wind. What a difference. There was virtually no noise at all. Many thanks once more.

I was going to ask about another noise but have found the quick cure. After picking up the van from Tottington in January I spent a day, and £2000, with Phil at Rhino Installs. A good man and friend whom I have used for years. The long list included: 120 watt solar panel, twin leisure batteries,cab blinds, and a Canbus alarm. The next time I visited, I commented on the high pitched noise coming from the nearside front near to the cab door . Phil could not hear it. This morning the brain engaged. It does happen occasionally!. I removed my NHS digital hearing aids. Now I can't hear the noise either! I can just about manage without them, and it will cut down on the nagging.
