ColinM50
If you hold in the igniter button it light and it's OK but as soon as you let go it goes out. Any ideas as to an easy fix? It's a Thetford S-OP13000 Mk4 midi Prima TIA
Derek Uzzell
2014 CaravanTalk discussion - same Thetford grill, same problem. https://www.caravantalk.co.uk/community/topic/102062-grill-wont-stay-lit/ I notice you asked about this here in 2019 https://forums.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/Motorhomes/Motorhome-Matters/How-to-keep-the-grill-alight/52164/ and the advice given then still holds. ColinM50
You're a bit good at this aren't you derek? How do you store all the Q's and A's? Clever beggar aren't you (lol) OK, so I'll have a fiddle with the thermocouple and if that dosn't work I'll give Thetford a call and see what their answer is *-)
747
Follow the thermocouple back from the ring to where the spade connector is. Pull the connector off and refit it 2 or 3 times. Your ring should now work properly. It is a common problem easily sorted.
