Thetford toilet flush filler

I believe the Thetford toilet fitted to your 2015 Nuevo will be a C200 CWE model as shown on the 1st photo attached below. The CWE model is described here

It has a 12V electric flush and an integrated 7-litres flush tank that is filled through a small door in the motorhome's outside wall (arrowed in 2nd attached photo).

I can't find online installation instructions for the C200 CWE toilet, but the following link to installation instructions for the later C260 toilets should help.

https://www.thetford.cn/pdf/C260_OEM_IM_0813-V6.pdf

The advice relating to the C262 CWE model includes a section on the water-fill door (3rd attachment below).

The toilet is first installed inside the motorhome. The water-fill unit is then pushed into the pre-prepared hole in the motorhome's exterior wall and connects into a 'stub' on the back of the toilet that's inside the vehicle. The water-fill unit is then secured with the Thetford-provided screws. (Installation of a C200 CWE should be much the same.)

This ebay advert shows the water-fill unit used with the C200 CW and CWE toilets and the photos should make it fairly clear how the external flush-water filler connects to the toilet's flush-water tank.

Derek, many thanks for taking the time to find the information and for the helpful reply. It is the C200cwe model you refer to. I've discovered some potential water ingress which corresponds to the location of the filler hatch. I'm trying to establish if water is getting in via the hatch surround or if there's a problem with the unit operation. I have some confidence now, given the information you have posted, to remove the hatch to investigate further.
