As I am getting old and decrepit I now need a toilet cassette trolley. As small as possible. Any suggestions?

We have something similar to this - lightweight, telescopic handle and it folds flat. Got ours from Costco years ago

A shopping trolley does the job OK, we have used one for years (for shopping and cassette duties. I made up a wooden base that sits on the trolley and the cassette sits on that. I used a few bits of Lath to keep the cassette and the wooden base from sliding off. Just a cheap one will do, our cassette is the large type for a C3 bench type setup.

Useful for carrying water containers too.

I use a little luggage trolly, bought in Home Bargains for about £5, folds down quite small and fits in my gas locker (which is tiny ).

Larger wheels are easier on rough ground

It’s useful to have a bungee cord to hold various tanks to the trolly as the tend to leave the trolly on rough ground. Hook it around the uprights of the trolly, around the tank.
