MagHal
During a windy afternoon I couldn't get the heater to fire up on gas. It repeatedly cut out even though it had previously been OK. I switched it off for several hours and when I later turned on the gas and switched on the thermostat it started up no trouble at all. The inlet and exhaust manifold were both down wind. Any ideas? Derek Uzzell
The Truma “Ultrastore” appliance is a water boiler with an external ‘cowl' protecting its inlet and exhaust. This link is to fault-finding advice for an Ultrastore Rapid boiler, but similar principles will apply to other Ultrastore models. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/792064/Truma-Ultrastore-Rapid.html?page=5 I guess the first question that needs to be asked is “When was your Ultrastore boiler last serviced?"
