Auto-Sleepers has used the “Warwick Duo” model-name for many years (from at least as early as 2009) so it would be helpful to know when yours was built. I don’t really understand your posting. I was under the impression that a Warwick Duo’s water pump would normally be the submersible type located in the motorhome’s external fresh-water tank where it could not be pressed or flash or bleep. I THINK there’s normally a Whale in-line pressure-switch in the water system and that the latest version has an led on it https://www.whalepumps.com/rv/product.aspx?Category_ID=10005&Product_ID=29&FriendlyID=In-Line-Pressure-Switch but I can’t imagine that bleeping or flashing red either. In fact, the only thing I can think of that might fit your description might be a button on the motorhome’s main control panel that, when pressed, switches the water pump On or Off and might flash/bleep if there’s a problem. (Presumably the “water indicator” that’s aso flashing red is on the motorhome’s main electrical control panel?) I suggest (diplomatically) that you are more likely to get an informed answer by asking about this on the Auto-Sleeper Motorhome Owners Forum (ASOF) https://www.autosleeper-ownersforum.com/ as that’s where the expertise should lie (You’d need to register on the ASOF before enquiring, but that’s easy enough). Descaling/cleaning can be straightforward when the tank is inboard and acccesible, but trickier (sometimes much trickier) when the tank is external. My previous Hobby’s tank sensors needed the occasional clean but accessing them (and the sensors of my current Rapido) was not difficult. The CBE systems fitted to the Hobby and Rapido do warn when the level in the fresh-water tank gets low, but this is just via a small flashing red LED on the control panel. Sargent appears to like ‘bleeping’ alarms, which are OK when there’s a genuine problem but infuriating when there is not. (Feedback from Graham (“Magic”) would be useful...) My pump still works. Anyone had same problem ? Perhaps its trying to tell you that the water tank level is low, or that the water level indicator/gauge is faulty? Magic Posted September 2, 2021 Author Share Posted September 2, 2021 Thank you for your help, it is a 2013 model. On the control panel when switch the electrics on then press the water pump button it shows red instead of green and beeps. Plus water indicator level flashes red. The sensors for this type of level indicator, are usually a vertical line of electrodes on one vertical face of the fresh water tank. The electrodes can be as simple as stainless steel screws fitted into the tank wall with the aid of "rubnuts" - i.e. rubber rivnuts. It is not unknown for the connections to the electrodes to become faulty. If faced with Magic's problem, and in the abscence of an alternative explanation, I would check the correct functioning of the level indicator, by observing the LEDs as the tank is either filled, or emptied. Sargent's advice for this panel regarding audible warnings is On EC51 control panels, if the pump is turned on and the fresh water level falls below ¼ a beeper will sound to draw your attention to the problem. The beeper and the warning can be cancelled by pressing any button. If the pump is turned on and the waste tank becomes full a beeper will sound to draw your attention to the problem. The beeper and the warning can be cancelled by pressing any button. To avoid any warning becoming a nuisance it will only be delivered once whilst the pump remains on. The warning will be reactivated when the pump has been off and then turned on again. NigelJD Posted February 28, 2023 Share Posted February 28, 2023 YES. EXACTLY THE SAME. I tried replacing the Sargeant panel but this was not the cause. The dealer replaced the leisure battery and this seemed to solve it for a while but now the pump has packed in altogether. I cannot offer a solution but I can offer my consolation as neither Sargeant not the dealer was able to suggest an answer for this. We ended up getting used to stopping the bleep and then ignoring the level indicator while the pump was running. Sorry I cannot help further.
