Hi my underfloor space heater does not work on gas or electric. Have contacted Whale with the fault code (4) who said sounds like your air inlet or outlets are blocked. Checked both, they are fine. The fan doesn’t work either.
Can someone help.

If you look at https://www.caravanmotorhome.org/motorhome/whale-space-heater-fault-codes there is information that may help if it needs re-setting.

Had the same thing happen on my underfloor space heater ,it turned out that the PCB board had failed changed and is working fine now
