thirtle26
We are thinking of getting the RoadPro D0633 WiFi system fitted to our Bürstner Ixeo 735. Has anyone had this fitted. What are the alternatives recommended. Thanks

david lloyd
We have used the Motorhome WiFi 4g system which utilises a Huawei MiFi unit and found it to be very good with the 3 ‘Internet With Legs’ sim both here in the UK and France. However, for our next system we have been advised to install the new Maxview Roam system which seems easy to install but gives excellent results - depending on the carrier used of course. We hope to use it for streaming TV in the future which will necessitate a sim contract with sufficient data. Regards David
Frankkia
Depending on how soon you need your hotspot I would be inclined to wait for 5g capable routers to be more available. If you can't wait then the Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 has a very high pass through speed so making the most of any data speeds. The Netgear Nighthawk MR5200 (5g capable) should be available soon. That would make it a bit more future proof and is backward compatible with 4g and older WiFi standards. Cheers

flyboyprowler
Another thumbs up for Motorhomes WiFi. We have used it all over Europe and tied to a Vodafone data sim, it has all worked well.
