Guest Janet Tetlow
We are total novices - won't even be taking delivery of our motorhome for a couple of weeks! Are there any books available with advice - or should we learn the hard way through experience? Janet
Guest AlfM
I can recommend "The Motorcaravan Manual" by John Wickersham published by Haynes. It will give you a good idea of how the various systems on your motorhome work.
Guest Norma
That's how a hell of of lot us started out too. You'll learn as you go. And there is plenty of us out there to correct you as you go! Just go away for the odd weekend till you gain confidence. There isn't a 'Dummy's Guide to Motorcaravaning' - yet! Certainly John Wickersham's book is a big step forward but go and enjoy yourselves with your new toy - you won't regret it.
Guest Roy Hamilton
Hi Janet, Just make sure your bookshop sell you the 2004 second edition and does not try to flog off old stock. Good Luck.
