I note that, in early-2019 you had a 1995 Hymer B564, so you should be well aware of the potential problems of owning a far-from-young motorhome - particularly when it comes to damp-related issues.

The Eura Mobill marque has always had a good reputation - perhaps not as good as Hymer, but equivalent to Knaus or Frankia - and their A-class models were/are built to a high standard.

I've attached below a photo of a 1996 Euro Mobil Integra 810. The vehicle was for (private?) sale in Croghan, Offaly, Ireland with a 10000 euros asking-price, but as the advert is no longer accessible I don't know when it was placed.

Motorhome secondhand prices have become artificially inflated since COVID-19, but if a private seller really wants to dispose of a motorhome, the buyer will be in a strong position. €18500 sounds to me like a reasonable starting point, but - given the design of the 810 - I'd be wary of the water damage at the cab end and I'd definitely see that as a strong bargaining chip.

The 810 model was mentioned by 'Chudders' in the forum threads listed here

hi Derek

that is the very one that is for sale at 18500 euro its been cleaned and repaired as said it looks a lot nicer than the photo you found that is 5yrs plus old but still

i did a little research and got the reg off its owner and found the one you did on adverts ie as the first four reg digits were the same i then put 2 and 2 together and its the same one but in use now

the hymer quality is superb this why im asking about the eura mobil do the go for more than 18500 as a price

I looked at a Continental website advertising motorhomes and selected Euro Mobil models with an asking price up to €22.5K.

This resulted in 5 adverts (all of the vehicles being located in Germany) relating to tandem rear-axle models, two of which were 810s with the following year/price/kilometrage

1998 €17,900 119K kms

1998 €14,900 112K kms

the other three adverts were

1997 €21,000 77K kms

1997 €22,500 114K kms

1999 €21,000 201K kms

Also a 2007 Integra 690 for €16450 (75K kilometrage) with a small amount of accident damage (photo below)

A couple of pictures from the Facebook group that I mentioned of a 1998 EM that also had 'a little bit of water damage and staining'. Construction in those days was 'of its age' and included a lot of timber and even the smallest leak has had a long time to wreak hidden havoc.
