Guest clare Posted May 11, 2005 Share Posted May 11, 2005 Has anyone out there had to reject their new motorhome? if so how long does this process take? did it cost them a lot of money? with solicitors etc. what were the reasons you rejected it? can anyone help? Regarding cost/solicitors and the best way forward, you might consider joining "Which?" magazine's Legal Service. This is quite cheap (even cheaper if you are also a Which? subscriber) and offers telephone access to specialised consumer lawyers. (0800 920 123 for more details.) At this stage in the game, 'naming and shaming' the parties involved on an Internet forum could easily prove to be counter-productive to your case and I strongly advise you against doing so.
