Has anyone out there had to reject their new motorhome? if so how long does this process take? did it cost them a lot of money? with solicitors etc. what were the reasons you rejected it? can anyone help?

If you search the forum using keyword "reject" (omitting the quotes) you'll come across quite a few previous postings on this subject. Regarding cost/solicitors and the best way forward, you might consider joining "Which?" magazine's Legal Service. This is quite cheap (even cheaper if you are also a Which? subscriber) and offers telephone access to specialised consumer lawyers. (0800 920 123 for more details.) At this stage in the game, 'naming and shaming' the parties involved on an Internet forum could easily prove to be counter-productive to your case and I strongly advise you against doing so.

As well as looking at past postings I'd strongly suggest that you talk to your local Trading Standards urgently as they may be able to take up the case for you, or give you the back up you will need.
