Guest Derek Uzzell Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 For vehicles up to 3500kg overall weight you buy a 'vignette' costing 40 Swiss Francs but, as you've specifically quoted your motorhome's weight, I assume you know that. As far as I can make out, vehicles over 3500kg seem to be be charged per kilometre travelled within Switzerland (on all roads, not just motorways) and various criteria appear to be involved as to the actual charges levied. (Best I can do I'm afraid. I suggest you get in touch with the Swiss tourist board over this, just in case I've misunderstood the situation.)
