It would appear that some (if not all) years use the round modular Hella lights, which, if you know what you're looking for, aren't too difficult to source. On-line photos of 694 models show round tailights in various configurations and (as Robinhood suggests) these are very likely Hella products. I think 2010 was the earliest that the Roller Team Auto Roller 694 model was marketed, but it’s far from unusual with coachbuilt motorhomes for ‘conversion’ components (body panels, rear bumpers, rooflights, interior furniture, shower-trays, washbasins etc.) to become extremely difficult/impossible to source for much younger models than that. Most parts for the base vehicle (Fiat Ducato in this instance) should still be obtainable after 10 years, as should non-specialsed parts like Hella round light-units. If you want to check, download this: https://www.hella.com/caravan/assets/media_global/1593_Broschuere_Caravan_2019_HELLA_EN.pdf ..and check out dimensions, etc. (p64, I think) These Hella lights aren't difficult to get hold of if you know the part number of the particular combination you want, as they are fairly widely used across brands.
