i am in scotland heavy rain yesterday and roof light started to drip IS a big job when i get home to remove and RESEAL

I put roof fans / lights in with Plumber's Mait (non-setting mastic) because I think it would make them easy to remove if necessary.
Can't say for sure though - I have never had to remove one because they have never leaked
I have had to remove and replace wi'fi antenna damaged by overhanging trees though. Their being sealed in with only Plumber's Mait made that an easy job.
